How WhosPet works

Here's everything in a minute.

WhosPet is still being tested and developed. Some features may be added, changed or removed as we go.

   Claim your tag

   Scan the QR on the packaging, or type the redeem code into your dashboard. Each tag is linked to one pet.

   Fill in your pet's profile

   Add a name, a photo and a short message for whoever finds them. Your email, phone and address stay private unless you choose to show them.

   Put the tag on the collar

   The tag has a QR code and an NFC chip, so anyone with a phone can tap or scan it — no app needed.

   If someone finds your pet

   When they tap or scan the tag they see your pet's page and can send you a message, with their location if they choose. It reaches you by email straight away.

   If your pet goes missing

   Mark them lost from your dashboard. The tag page then shows the contact details you picked, and you get a printable, shareable lost poster.

   Care reminders

   Add reminders for vaccinations, flea and worming treatments or anything else, and we'll email you a few days before they're due.
